    "Will The Right Find Libertarianism?"

After reading just a few comments, above?
    I highly doubt it.

    IF the "Right" finds/learns anything?
It'll be instead of eating their own raw, cook 'em first.
Makes the foul practice of cannibalism a LOT tastier and much easier to swallow. LOL

Think things are bad now, whatwith our entire communication system controlled by fascists? Just wait'll Google (or is that gobble) gets hold of it with help from their enlightened "partners" (spit). We ain't seen nothin, yet.

We'll fondly recall the days of NBC et al. LOL

"1) If it passes, it is unconstitutional.

    True.
Until someone, thing or body successfully challenges it, not before.

"2) 37 states are working on a law to opt out of federal Osama-Care."

    True.
Though if you think that tact will scare this pack of merry Bolsheviks you've another think coming. The states are so badly addicted to fed monies, they're finished before they start. UNLESS, a state's willing to forgo all federal funding whatsoever. What're the odds of that happening with 75% or more of these states? :o)

And there'll various EOs along the way, going on under the radar no less also. Not sure EOs can be challenged by anything.

Right now, March 2010? Those who're plugged-in could really use some genuine hope, pal. B&W hope in the form of blood promises made by right-wing candidates. Declarations that in no uncertain terms they pledge to reverse any & all of this nonsense, IF it passes.

If a majority of the electorate doesn't already know what's up by now? How they're to be heavily taxed 4-5 years BEFORE realizing any benefit? We're all dead broke and there is no more left while in debt for decades as it is.?
They sure will have heard the word by the time the Right candidates finished, and that's the point.

Let's find out once & for finally exactly what the American people want. Let's find out exactly how plugged-in the American people really are. Let's make the 2010 election a referendum. Let those would-be candidates tell US they're going to right this monstrous wrong at all costs and even more importantly, why. Let us all see if our candidates know what the hell they're trying to do for *us*.

    Not the SOS.

The miserable 'Rats have enjoyed using the term, "mandate".
    Fine.

ALL conservative candidates running in 2010 must declare they're running on a platform that should HealthScare pass? Their election mandates they repeal HealthScare at all costs.
    Period.

The filthy leftist SOBs & their sycophant mediots can scream all they want but the PEOPLE will have spoken visa vi their votes.

Should the leftist-socialist-communists try any crap it'll be once again be defying the will of the people. Only this time they'll not have a leg to stand nor a scintilla of propaganda to spin.

THAT is our only chance should this *thing*, somehow, make it through.

Is this some kind of a joke.
Good grief, what's it going to take before sincere conservatives wake up & smell the proverbial coffee.

Huckster's career's all but finished based on paroling a monster who'd go on to become a multiple cop killer.

But in New Jersey the individual responsible for an equally insidious decision, if not breathless incompetence, is appointed AG??

HTH does this happen, if not out-and-out corruption obviously the result of a seedy smoky backroom deal?
    Simply speechless.

"It looks like the movie is being well received, at least from the technical level."

    Yea, received by the shills.
I'll wait to hear what others, like myself, have to say.

"My wife wants to see the newClooney movie, “Up in the Air” which is only 110 min and has been reviewed pretty high.(Not that seeing Clooney in anything is plus for me, but at least he isn't Hugh Grant.)"

Hugh or no Hugh, Looney's out for us. Period. That means anything Loony ever.
That is how this home rewards Hollyweird's flakes.

"The new Sherlock movie might be worthwhile too but she hasn't pushed to see that one yet."

Big fans of Arthur Conan Doyle; however, we spoke of this film after seeing the trailers. My bride & I both agreed the Basil Rathbone - Nigel Bruce films would be awfully hard to top.

Moreover knowing Hollyweird, as we do?
We were unanimous guessing the Hollyweird flakes will butcher the characters Holmes, Watson, Mrs Hudson etc to a point where those who remember the novels and classic B&W films will be left wondering WTF we just viewed & feeling pick pocketed. Just as we have for 9 of every 10 motion pictures we've seen over the past umpteen years. It's a 'fool me once', thing.

Besides that a new Sherlock Holmes, even if excellent, is just as easily viewed on our home entertainment system as opposed to a visual extravaganza such as what Avatar's being promoted.

"I thought you and your better half were going to see it this afternoon?"

No-no, you misunderstood what I said, or, I wasn't clear [enough].
Was going to a matinee, and surely not on opening day when even the matinees are likely to be crowded also with gawd knows who.
I'm rarely the first to do --or buy-- anything first, not until I've had time to peruse feedback. Been screwed enough times not being the first has become SOP.

"I don't think I could sit on my butt in front of my adoring fans for 2.5 hours."

Yea, it'd be a helluva lot easier if I could take a few Churchills & a bottle of fine cognac with. LOL

"Yeah, Thought I was going to have to gone the road but plans were changed."

I've an ex-pal >{spit} who did road work for years. Difference between that one & you is when you return? It's to the beautiful surrounds of SC & the wonderful climate. ~eh?

"Avitar is 2 1/2 hours long! Better take a stadium cushion and a 50 lbs bag of popcorn."

    And you know that, how?

Thing is a 2.5 hour film when compared to say LOTRs is short. As for a cushion? I'll sit in my 130# bride's lap. She'll look like a wheat stalk penny after a while. LOL
And even a popcorn lover like moi couldn't eat 50#s of the stuff if I had 6 months to do it. LOL

    BTW.
We're not seeing that film 'til I've read what others, here, have to say about it. Even then it'll depend entirely on who's giving the review.
    Just a FYI. :^)

Have Holder in front of every committee, sub-committee, and sub-sub-committee -- testifying under oath 24/7/365. Then just catch him in one little 'discrepancy' in his testimony.
