Getting a head start on his approaching retirement, President Clinton was among the first to tee off at the Southern Highlands Golf Club, Las Vegas's newest private golf course. Having studied the course layout ahead of time with its architect, Robert Trent Jones, Jr., and the club's director of golf, Jay Davis, the President scored an 86, the lowest score in his group.
