Not yet. I guess I should have said set in my ways. I use Office pretty heavily and know most of the issues with the Windows OS, and although I know you can run Windows apps on Linux, I am sure that whole process takes some learning.

They did something similar in Washington using different methods (cap and trade). An employee for the state warned that it would raise the cost of fuel by over 50 cents a gallon and was promptly fired for it, but he was right. Now they have this huge slush fund they can do whatever they want with. The first year it brought in 2 billion.

The fiscal child abusers are at it again. They must despise their children and grandchildren. If they are going to approve this, they should cut 100 billion in spending elsewhere.
