I don’t see how you can “retroactively” terminate a President’s security clearance. Truly, unless convicted of a crime of sharing top secret info, a president should have security clearance for the rest of his life.
The judge should be tossing this whole case & putting Smith up for disbarment.
I thought bitcoin was a way to be out from under gov’t surveillance, which is why they’re trying to put it out of business & put in their own digital currency. Certainly we don’t want CBDC, because they really DO want that one to track & restrict our spending.
I think Javier Milei is one of the good guys. But all too often they are co-opted or corrupted. Time will tell.
Something over & above a business license for something as simple as flower arranging doesn’t make much sense to me. Even a “business license” shouldn’t require more than an incidental processing fee. All the gov’t is doing is giving you an EIN.
