The death toll from the assault on the Crocus City Hall currently stands at 137, with another two hundred injured. It is the bloodiest terrorist attack in Russia since the Beslan school massacre twenty years ago - and, as with so many events these days, it makes a lot less sense. As things stand after forty-eight hours, ISIS - remember them? - have claimed credit for the bloodbath. No, not ISIS HQ, but their Khorosan branch, which is a breakaway group from the Taliban and al-Qaeda, not necessarily in that order. Islamic State-Khorosan, you'll recall, slaughtered even more people as...

An incident in Lahore Pakistan stands as a damning indictment of modern Islamic society. Her dress was covered with bright and abstract calligraphy that the crowd assumed was an improper quoting of the Koran. In Pakistan, when a crowd...

Antisemitism took a frightening turn Monday at the University of California, Berkeley, where a pro-Palestinian mob surrounded a campus auditorium, broke a window, and harassed Jewish students trying to enter the building. The ARCCI is an umbrella organization of Israel’s regional rape crisis centers. “Since sexual assault typically involves delayed disclosure, especially during wartime, the picture presented in the report is still preliminary,”...
