OK police and spineless left wing communist mayors pass an oridance that gas masks, baseball bats and other instruments of destruction are illegal at rallies. Owners of these objects will be arrested.
Secondly, if you face is blacked or covered by a mask it is assumed that you are a rioter and will be arrested and thrown into jail.
