What would we have said if an actress went over to Germany and donned a Nazi helmet and posed sitting on a Flak 88 AA gun during WWII? How is that any different?
It’s no different. I’m not a Vietnam Vet, but I despise her just the same.
War was never declared against Vietnam. Can’t prosecute for treason under that circumstance.
