Kristofferson - one of the greatest songwriters of our time - just gets taken over by Glen's singing, playing and Jimmy Webb's knockout lyrics.

I’ve loved that song since I was a young kid. I watched Glen Campbell sing it on his show.

Bob Dylan called "Wichita Lineman" the greatest American song ever written, but I like Jimmy Webb's "Galveston" even better.

Looks like Kris has too!

One thing about Glen - whenever he was around those other stars in the Ralph Emery videos - he always seemed to have their complete and undivided attention.

They knew how good he could play and sing and it was a free front row seat.

Saw a video of Glen Campbell in a studio banging out a song with Stone Temple Pilots. Pretty good.

Glen, what a great guitar musician! You’re, right all those other musicians are think “what the heck am I doing up here!” Listening and watch Glen play… There are many Glen and Jimmy videos online, great stories of how those two geniuses created such great music.

"Kristofferson - one of the greatest songwriters of our time..."

And a damned good helicopter pilot.

What a great way to start the day. Thank you, very much.

It’s beautiful. My only complaint is that it needs to be longer. I wish he had added more verses.

I am a Discworld fan, and wrote the lyrics to this some years ago... another fan did the music performance.

Glen was special. Webb called him the “American Beatle” upon his passing.

“Bob Dylan called “Wichita Lineman” the greatest ...”

Who woulda thought of writing a song about a lineman? By the way, they’re “lineworkers” now. Just like we have “firefighters” now, not “firemen”.

Even Rick Beato did a video about this being one of the greatest songs.
