Bush should have flushed to toilet of Washington bureaucracy immediately after assuming office in 01; The sewer was thoroughly backed up from all of the Klintoon's "contributions" to the DC parasite pool.

But it seems that he's more concerned with saving water than reducing the stink factor, while the 5th collumn Klintoon lackeys exersize more power and suck up more resources than the White House does - or so it appears here.
