The Democrat leadership is sad. These people are in trusted positions and receive sensitive national defense information. Our soldiers are successful in Iraq and plan to turn duties over to the Iraqi military and begin phased withdrawals maybe some to nearby Mideast countries. The Democrats declare defeat and call for retreat maybe to nearby Mideast countries prior to this information being made public.
The Democrat Leaders love power more than the love the United States. The Democrat Leadership malign the Military without a second thought; while declaring support for the troops, the loathing is obvious to all but themselves. The Democrats have turned President Bush into an object for their hatred.
Did the Democrat leadership (Pelosi, Reid, Dean...)use their fellow Democrat politicians (Murtha...) or were they willing participants? Senator Lieberman must have known the Democrat plan, declined to support the plan, and defended the troops and the President on Iraq.
