Vietnamese and International Conference To demand the freedom for Mr. Nguyen Huu Chanh

DECLARATION

Preamble:

* Whereas, recognition of the Vietnamese Communism is terrorist by the nature, the cause of many crimes in the history of Vietnam: denounced and isolation of social classes, massacred Vietnamese innocents in City of Hue and other locations, attacked cities and schools, including refugees on their routes to escape war-zone, especially massacred on “Boulevard of Terrors” in City of Quang Tri. Continued on their history of in barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind by invasion of the Republic of Vietnam, ending with millions of political prisoners in countless of so called “re-education camps”. Until now, Vietnamese Communist still is known by the world communities as a dictatorship with oppression of religions, oppression of speech, oppression of human rights and acting blindly on human trafficking into sexual slavery. * Whereas, Vietnamese around the world have never accept the tyranny and oppression of Vietnamese Communist, and must act to demand Communist to acknowledge and regret their history of terrors; respect and preserve all basic human rights and freedom for all Vietnamese. Mr. Nguyen Huu Chanh, a Patriot to his Motherland, a pioneer in efforts to proclaim human rights and freedom for Vietnamese; at his highest aspiration, * Whereas, Mr. Nguyen Huu Chanh has been detained unjustified by the government of the Republic of Korea by the request from the communist government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; with calumniated slender evident.

Therefore,

We, stand united in the Vietnamese and International Conference as Vietnamese, Korean, American and people from other nations around the world, here in the Conference, in front of the Office of General Consulate of the Republic of Korea, the same time at many other nations, consensually within our own judgment to present our Declaration to the world communities:

* Demand the government of the Republic of Korea to acts immediately to release Mr. Nguyen Huu Chanh, a Vietnamese Patriot, * Demand the government of the Republic of Korea to be responsible for the safety and well-being of Mr. Nguyen Huu Chanh, during the detainment period, during the process of releasing; until his safe return to his family. * Solicit the voices of humanity and the acts of compassion from religion leaders, political organizations, communities, nations and People of the World, especially the people of the Republic of Korea; demanding the freedom for Mr. Nguyen Huu Chanh, a Vietnamese Patriot.
