how come putin never takes his wife along on these trips????Maybe he does, but we never see her. Or maybe he likes to be free to play around. I don't like Putin one little bit.

I have always gotten the impression that Mrs. Putin does not like the spotlight and tries to avoid it whenever she can. She shows up when the occasion demands it, such as an invitation to the WH or Prairie Chapel Ranch, or when the Putins invite the Bush's to Moscow.
