It's not surprising in the least, that they would want to cut off funds to our hero's in Iraq, as it's in the RAT's DNA. They can't help themselves, they want to humble and humiliate the capitalist superpower that they so despise. Of course, they can't come out exactly and tell us truth about how they really feel about America, and especially those who put their lives on the line to defend the country they so hate.
This will reduce the options and pressure needed for the ME. Very bad. However, it might just be some thin air for their supporters.
