I'm not sure that's what he means. He thinks that the Iran led activity in Iraq will threaten Saudi Arabia as a whole and Iran will try to take it over as well. The Wahabbists are entrenched in a country well within reach of Iran's conventional missiles.
They have relatively few cities that matter and if those were taken out then bye bye Wahhabists.
Specially as there is quite a preponderence of Shias in parts of Saudi Arabia, too, so the religion of the current rulers (royals) is not as assured as it might have been.
Again, now that the income of the Kingdon has dropped drastically and the man in the street is no longer enjoying the same benefits as he used to. Forget the "she" part of the population.
