Posted in a FYI basis as I'm not quite certain what to make of this information.
Definitely don't like the sound of "... Canada could help Iraq develop federal institutions by "learning from Canada's experience." which smacks of the well known habitual & arrogant desire of Judicial activists, like the vile Louise Arbour, to export our corrupt & largely dysfunctional 'justice' system.
Plus, as we've seen with some UN-sponsored social engineering inititives, it's not as if Stephen Harper's Conservative government yet has Canada's UN delegation fully under its proper control.
Also, what's with "importance of debt relief" ???
Surely, if the oil-rich Iraqis couldn't dump Saddam's regime on their own, shouldn't they rightly be picking up the entire tab related to others doing that dirty job on their behalf?
