Oh, good, I was wondering when you would show up.

If McCain is the nominee, I will support him, albeit with my eyes wide open. He will be vilified by the press as soon as he accepts at the convention.

I don't forget how many things he has done to stab the President in the back. I consider him disloyal to the party and the President on many things, but he has always supported the war and the military, and for that reason alone he would be head and shoulders above ANY democrat who will run.

When I was in high school, I was required to read "When Hell Was in Session" by Jeremiah Denton. He was my state senator at the time. What those prisoners of war went through was so brutal. My respect for McCain and for the other POW's is high. McCain does not always have right thinking judgement, but you can't diminish his support of the military.
