Whatever his motive may (or may not) be, just be glad he said it. It is high time someone did.
I am not going to support McCain for the nomination, but if he gets it, I can now vote for him without holding my nose.
IMO, it is a day late, but not a dollar short.
Nor am I biting. McCain understands the demoncraps as well as he does because he is one of them. Heed his words then elect a man that has the guts to stand up to both the demoncraps and terrorists.
Bush is actually following McCain’s strategy in Iraq. McCain had been calling for a surge long ago, far before the current surge strategy. He had also been calling for Rumsfeld’s replacement as well, Bush eventually replaced him.
McCain’s credibility is long gone for me too.
If McCain would drop out of the campaign and say these kinds of things outside the electoral process, I might take him seriesly.
