When did the States grant the Federal government the power to set wages for the private sector? I just don’t find it in the United States Constitution.

When did the States grant the Federal government the power to set wages for the private sector? I just don’t find it in the United States Constitution.

If the federal government went back to its actual constitutional powers only it would have to shrink to about ten percent of its current size.

congress has the right to regulare commerece and interstate commerece.
