Maybe some of his constituents are starting to get his attention.

THAT was my initial thought. Is he still scheduled to testify during Sgt. Wuterich's case against him?

It was ruled that he had to give a deposition and the appeals process is going back and forth. I think it stands right now that he has to give the deposition to let the judge decide if he can be called to the stand.

Things have really slowed down right now with the Haditha Marines, Red probably knows about this much better than I.

Yep, Murtha is getting DOJ lawyers to fight the deposition order. So taxpayers are picking up the tab for Murtha’s legal bills while the Wuterich family struggles to pay their lawyers.

And all the Wuterich family is asking for is an apology.
