A Dutch airline passenger told The Post how he leapt into action when an alleged Muslim terrorist tried to blow up a Detroit-bound airliner packed with 300 people just moments before landing.
Chaos erupted as alleged terrorist Umar Farouk Abdul Mutallab, 23, tried to set off a sophisticated explosive device strapped to his body.
"Suddenly, we hear a bang. It sounded like a firecracker went off," said Jasper Schuringa, a film director who was traveling to the US to visit friends.
"When [it] went off, everybody panicked ... Then someone screamed, ‘Fire! Fire!’"

One could only wish they used those fire extinguishers as cudgels to subdue the POS. One of those would leave a healthy dent in his head, hopefully with a fatal brain injury resulting.
Now, we won't even have the option of being able to interrogate him and wring all information and every contact and previous activity out of him and sending him on to Gitmo.
He will go to a facility where he will be left alone and fed 3 square meals a day, cable television and be provided with a lawyer at OUR expense.
Good for him.

Well, it is the New York Post. They have no problem calling a spade a spade. The religion of peacer was a Muslim terrorist.
You won't see that on the alphabets, CNN or MSNBC.
I only wish that he'd unleashed some real hate on the muslim terrorist.
Not taking anything away from the reactions of crew and passengers, but by the time they had acted the issue was already decided. The explosives had fizzled. Had it not the plane would have gone down before they could have prevented it.
The Dutch contributed forces to our efforts in the sand box.
we also have some active Dutch FReepers. They get a gold star for the bravery of their countryman.
I think it would be fitting for Queen Beatrix to present this fellow with a medal of some sort.

Naturally we must not “jump to conclusions”. Perhaps this fine young representative of the ROP accidentally “flicked the Bic” in his pocket, starting a small but embarrassing fire! No doubt he and CAIR will file an assault suit against the Dutchman. Eric Holder and our Whitey House Muslim-in-Chief will be of great assistance.
The Dutch have their own mega-problem with Islam and are fully aware of the threat to their own country as well as the rest of the world.........

I don’t care how neutral someone is. If they’re confronted with a bomb and a terrorist then self preservation trumps neutrality.
