I have one yardstick by which I test every major problem -and that yardstick is: Is it good for America? Dwight D. Eisenhower. Driessen and Soons article in New Years day CanadaFreePress (CFP) identifies the growing conflict as the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) tries to take control of energy in Texas. EPA is manipulating a completely unnecessary and scientifically unjustified control of energy and must be stopped. Fortunately, the Texas case is currently stayed by a court order, but EPA history is to do anything to achieve their goal.

What would be the worst thing that would happen if the U.S. Department of Education did not exist? Seriously, what??
What would be the worst thing that would happen if the Department of Energy did not exist? Seriously, what??
Answer: things would probably get better and there would be a lot more business activity and jobs.
