As long as we are talking percentages, in 1865 there were 31 million Americans of which 13% were black slaves.

The percentage of blacks in America has remained consistent, although the total population of both groups has increased by a factor of 10.

It is American taxpayer dollars confiscated by the Federal Government and redistributed to blacks that has enabled this non-viable sub-group to keep pace.

By dismantling the welfare state and refusing to support with public funds large black families that otherwise could not support themselves, the black population will steadily decline.

Elimination of the welfare state, ending Universal Suffrage, neutralizing /purging all domestic marxists in government, Academia, and the Press, outlawing withholding of union dues, declaring all States Right to Work, and discouraging with extreme prejudice all illegal alien criminals from continuing to remain in the United States.

These are the things that must be done.

Of course the Oligarchs and crony capitalists must be dealt with as well.

Harsh tax penalties on any corporations that outsource customer service is a good starter.

There is no reason in the world why stay at home moms, students, and high functioning welfare cases cannot be doing this work instead of some douche bag in India or the Philippines.

Wall St types will never stop picking the bones of the middle class and must be kept in check.
