The Bush’s have done more for blacks worldwide than the 0bama’s EVER will. All Barry has done is ensure they REMAIN UNEMPLOYED AND ON WELFARE IN ORDER TO KEEP THEM ON THE MARXOCRAT PLANTATION.
Donna Brazile has been pretty outspoken about the good President Bush has done for Blacks both here in the US (she credits and promotes all the stuff he did for NOLA following Katrina) and in Africa (saving lives with this AIDS funding).
And Prescott Bush was a key mover on the GOP side of the 1960s Civil Rights laws, unlike say Al Gore Senior (who filibustered them).
