part of being “in the union” is the belief that your “union Boss” has your best interest at heart.....He's the one that “gives” you a job!....Ive watched it 1st hand........and its SICKENING!
That’s a false belief. The worker in most cases applies for and gets the job, but is automatically put into the union. Saw this first hand with a family member. He was an apprentice and relied on the “hall” to get work for him. The “hall” very seldom called. Waste of time and effort if you ask me.
