Duh! Actually, there is a form of reverse racism. Poor whites are driven out of otherwise more desirable locations by black violence. Whites choose not to live near blacks, not out of racial animosity, but fears for their safety. When the International Ladies Garment Workers Union built a housing complex on the site of the former Jamaica Race Track in Queens, New York, it was originally around 1966, occupied by 25,000 people, about 80% of whom were Jewish, almost 100% of all residents were white. It was in the middle of a mostly black neighborhood. There is barely a single white resident these days.
