In name of convenience- and we’ve been set-up to follow the convenience-so many people are willing to sacrifice risk, freedom and privacy- to use chatGPT- I wouldn’t touch it with a ten foot pole, but so many are willing to take the plunge- particularly for things like resumes, even my osteopath suggested using it for my resume.
