A single Terrier can kill 100 rats in 24 hours.
A Feist or Rat Terrier can earn their keep.
Far more effective than cats who get bored with the killing.

While I’ve never been around them, around rats, I’ve been around Boston terriers enough to know that the head shake of death is hardwired from birth in the breed, it is just something they do. Small mammals like rats or moles or chipmunks wouldn’t stand a chance.

I have two Mountain Feists. Rats tremble in fear. Of course, so do the squirrels, mice, moles, and rabbits. I have had to get her out of a tree going after a squirrel.
My best ratter.
