It’s hard to grant that this all because of senility, incompetence, or plain bad luck. You can’t make this many bad choices, and cause this much destruction, in such a small amount of time, without doing it on purpose. This country is going down, by design.

Yep. That is obvious to those that are paying attention. The question is whether there will be a “black swan” event that completes our destruction or if it will continue to be in increments much like the proverbial slow (and then suddenly) boiling pot.
