No one else knows either. The collapse was last week. It took nine months to clean up the debris from the Twin Towers. There is now a mile long span of bridge underwater in Baltimore Harbor It is too early to tell.

They don't have to clean up the whole span, just the shipping channel for now.

Cut a piece off, hoist it out with a barge with a crane. Next piece.
