“...allegedly fudging business records...”
I looked into Black’s Law Dictionary and I couldn’t, for the life of me, find anything on this charge. So I guess a mistrial is due soon as they have no evidence of fudge even allegedly. Can no one write real words anymore without trying to smear someone with this type of journalistic stupidity?

Even the attorney on MSNBC said yesterday there was no criminal evidence presented yet, and it is a weak case.
