This case has such huge ramifications that this court is going to remand back to the lower court first.
The gay lawyer was basically saying to “trust the DOJ” and trust that the Senate won’t confirm a corrupt AG who will tell the President everything he dos is legal.
I can’t imagine the SCOTUS is going to want to dissect this and would prefer to kick the can.
