I’ve not seen anyone argue for Biden immunity. Where have you seen this?

I meant that the left is going to have to preserve some concept of Presidential immunity, otherwise what happens to Trump will certainly happen to Biden, not from the GOP of course but from NGO legal groups like the ACLJ (Sekulow's firm) and such.

I am far more worried about the Dems taking over the House before November and passing an insurrection law against Trump running, in which the Senate will concur, Biden will sign, and SCOTUS will have to allow because of their earlier ruling on the issue.

Presidential immunity is a thing, but it doesn’t make a president above the law, so of course democrats will defend it, just as Trump is doing now.

The question is is it an official presidential act.
