IMO the kids at the school have leeway to get a little bit rowdy and out of control no matter how stupid their "cause" is... say, mean professor or bad cafeteria food or whatever. Go ahead, let off a little steam.

When the outside agitators show up though, bring those big trucks with the water cannons on them, and also let the K9 officers get a little practice.

And bring the cameras, make them planetary famous.
