Similar crash with loss of 4, occured just a couple days ago, outside Philadelphia, PA.
I suspect that high speed chase events - recorded/played by/from the vehicle - are being broadcast over Tik-Tok or some such social media, as a contest.
Or, perish the thought, if they had not stolen the suv. They would be alive and well. But we do not want to go that far. But someone other than them must be blamed. Number one is the auto company that built the suv. Number two is the Police Officer who apprehended them. I understand that it is petty, but number three person on the blame totem pole is the legal owner of the suv for not giving to to the future brain surgeons and rocket scientists when they seen that they wanted it.
Long ago, as part of drivers ed training, the state police ran a film of traffic accidents. Pieces, parts, got the point across. I recall a parent looking through the small square window of the classroom door, to see if the kid was paying attention. Bless the highway patrol, and bless the good parents.
