Stolen SUV? Then all bets are off. It might sound harsh, but the old saying applies. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
I will however modify the above a little bit. Perhaps one of the passengers was an unwilling participant. If so, his blood is on the hands of the driver.
“Authorities later added two of the teens that were killed in SUV were wearing ankle monitors, while three had active warrants, reports WLBT. Some of the occupants also appeared to be wearing ski masks.”
If these people were the stars of their sports teams and “ great people to be around” the entire community sounds like it is wall-to-wall criminals.
I feel for the Florida Highway Patrol officer they forced to take this action.
I always feel bad for the person whose vehicle gets totalled.
Excellent comment. +1
That is a kind gesture, but, unless there was a gun found, it’s hard to fathom how any of the teens could not have volunteered for the deed.
I have a feeling there is a lot of blood in the car equally dispersed

I appreciate your modification. I was once an unwilling participant in a car where the driver was trying to impress the other guy in the car and his date, and probably even me. We were double-dating. I had no interest in the guy other than getting out of the house for the night. Nevertheless, he drove us down a road that was newly paved (part of it anyway), at 120 mph. There were no streetlights. It was just being developed. Pitch black. I was scared out of my head, and that was the last I ever talked to that guy. I didn’t even want him to drive me home. If he was trying to impress me, he failed miserably.
Two of them had ankle monitors on them. One of the ‘family’ started a go fund me for a funeral.
...and I would bet all I own he was a willing participant.
From the article..... Authorities later added two of the teens that were killed in SUV were wearing ankle monitors, while three had active warrants, reports WLBT. Some of the occupants also appeared to be wearing ski masks.
