No, that was a different case altogether, that happened at Ft.Story , which a smaller base down the road from the LittleCreek base. Ft. Story did not have the barricade system at that time

The sailor I was referring to was speeding,on base, fled from the cops and they deployed the barrier as he tried to leave the base.,

He swerved and crashed into the gas pump at the Mini Mart gas station, he then fled and was shot and killed by police after they struggled and he tried to grab their weapon.
