“We can enshrine into the law Roe v. Wade.”
Pelosi is not only evil but also ignorant. It’d be utterly bizarre to enshrine “Roe v. Wade” into the law when approx. 90% of Harry Blackmun’s weird, legally baseless and scientifically outdated 52-year-old opinion was ignored by the SCOTUS for 30 years after the Casey decision.

I'm so tired of the ‘a woman's right to choose’ bs. Unless raped or otherwise coerced, a woman has a right to choose - before becoming pregnant.
A man also has a right to choose - before getting someone pregnant. Once that happens the man does not have the legal right to choose to not support the child conceived. There should be responsibility on both sides.
