“We can enshrine into the law Roe v. Wade.”

Pelosi is not only evil but also ignorant. It’d be utterly bizarre to enshrine “Roe v. Wade” into the law when approx. 90% of Harry Blackmun’s weird, legally baseless and scientifically outdated 52-year-old opinion was ignored by the SCOTUS for 30 years after the Casey decision.

I thought that SCOTUS ruled that the legality of abortion was a matter for the states, not the Federal government, to decide. What part of the Constitution allows Congress to pass any laws regarding abortion?
