If he’s not able to pay his monthly minimum and has reached his limit, how is he able to use the card? It’s not like the card company can’t just decline his charges.
Good question....If he’s in bankruptcy, wouldn’t the credit existing card balance be part of the bankruptcy and he wouldn’t be making payments, would he? Is that what they object to? Confusing indeed...
