That’s pure B.S. Putin chose war because diplomacy would not give him what he wanted. Quit making up excuses for Putin’s unneccessary invasion of another sovereign country.

It has only become worse under Zelensky who has jailed his opponents, postponed the election, and committed other violations of civil liberties. You don't become President of Ukraine without being corrupt.
