Of course. How did these Islamic fanatic buffoons pull off a sophisticated heist? 1.They have no sense of wrong where taking from "infidels" are concerned, and 2.Western movies, internet and mercenary contractors showed them how.
I'd wager it was all contractor as most of these guys can't even wipe their butts without theocratic guidance. Who, in turn, actually know nothing real-world wise.
