they need to go protest on somewhere else. No one has the “right” to protest on someone else’s property.
That is trespassing, and if they pitch a tent that is destruction of property when they ruin the lawn, if the lawn costs more than $1,000 that is felony level criminal mischief, if they don’t leave when asked by police, that is refusing a police order, if they get physical that is resisting arrest, if they throw anything or hit any police officer that is assault on law enforcement which is also a felony, if they break into a campus building that is breaking and entering, and they refuse to let someone leave the building that is kidnapping.
I could go on and on.
