Do you think something other than nothing will happen? I mean, what are you thinking would trigger action? A stolen election? Taxation beyond 50%? Restrictions on God given rights?

I say go for it. They've still got to make arrangements for Trump to be moved from his jail cell to the court house every day this trial goes on. It would be more of an inconvenience, and expense for the city, and the court putting him behind bars, than it would be to let him remain free. The taxpayers of New York are paying for this circus. Putting Trump in jail would only add to the cost.
