The one thing that the Trump legal team hasn't done is to petition the court to issue similar gag orders against all witnesses, prosecutors, the Court and the Court's family, and jurors from speaking out against Trump.
If Merchan issued a gag order against his daughter 'causing to be uttered' unflattering things about Trump, then that would shut down her #1 source of income.
Good point. It would be fun to see what would happen if they petitioned the court for that.
