Evidence tampering.

The evidence needs to thrown out

Let the case go on. It just makes Trump look more like an unjust victim.

Every piece of lawfare against Trump really boils down to the prosecution admitting, “We just made stuff up, because we were told to get this guy. Didn’t matter how.”

My thought is: If these documents were supposed to be so top secret, who on Jack Smith’s team had top secret clearance, “eyes only” clearance to see them? Was the National Arhives notified of Smith team possession of these documents?

Now it makes sense why Jack Smith has been insisting the defense and jury had no right to even see the documents Trump was accused of possessing illegally...just find Trump guilty on the government’s say so.

This is going to get uglier.

I agree.
What Smith and associates have done is a more serious crime that for what Trump is being charged.

Smith and his corrupt ‘lawscum’ buddies are juggling lit dynamite.

Eventually the fuse will go off and it won’t be a pretty sight.

The case should have been dismissed with prejudice.

Sounds like they mishandled classified documents. A special counsel should be appointed to investigate...

The article should explain why it matters what order the items are in the box. There are multiple reasons it does, especially if the Prosecution or the Defense rely on the physical relationship between items, but the articles mentioning the problem should explain.
