During its quarterly meeting on May 7, 2024, the Georgia State Election Board (SEB) refused to refer Election Complaint(SEB2023-025) to the Attorney General(AG) for investigation and prosecution per a motion from SEB member Dr. Janice Johnston. The case is possibly one of the most important election cases in Georgia's history. Sadly, board member Rick Jeffares, who had promised support for the case, was a day late and several dollars short. Jaffares failed to show up at the hearing. The moment was critical and would have allowed him to second Johnston's motion to refer the case. His vote would have forced Chairman Fervier to put his cards on the table and break (or not break) the tie.
On May 8, both board members Rick Jeffares and Johnston made reconsideration motions to refer Fulton County vote processing violations to the state AG. Ultimately, Chairman John Fervier ruled the motions out of order. Jeffares motioned to "investigate and review the failure to provide or retain 173 required documents associated with the 10 named Advanced Voting Scanners from the Nov. 3, 2020, General election." Johnston followed with a motion to review the issue of missing ballot images associated with SEB2023-025. "I move to review the case 2023-025." Johnston continued, "It suggests there's sufficient evidence that multiple violations occurred when Fulton County failed to retain ballot images for 17,852 counted votes from the Nov. 3, 2020 election recount.......

20,713 ballots with certified votes have no source tabulator from which they should have originated;
17,852 ballots with certified votes had no ballot images that are required for vote tabulation;
17,234 unsourced votes found for certification after reporting results with an even larger shortfall;
3,125 double-scanned and double-counted ballots

The GA Election Board is doing little to nothing to prevent a repeat of the fraud in November of 2024.
Georgia is a RINO preserve.

Yeah, Jaffares should definitely be investigated. Then entire article at the link is worth the read. A lot of this is old info to those that have been following the continued investigation of Georgia’s election fraud of 2020, but some of it is new information. The main thing is that the election “anomalies” have now been admitted.
There was never any doubt it was going to be a repeat. 🙄
Only when Americans realize that elections are a sham, will there be any chance of truly fighting the tyranny that is rule by the professional government class. Not a great chance, but at least something.
I’m a southerner from Alabama, living in Tennessee, with family Georgia & Mississippi & the Carolinas.its not a guess for me. Even with this kind of stuff, Biden has no shot of winning Georgia or North Carolina or Florida. No matter how much people fret over white, Suburban women, Trump iss now pulling even in that demographic (pre 2020). Something has really changed direction among Latinos in the south & southwest. Democrats before Trump were winning 60%; Trumps over 50% with them now. Biden can’t win any southern state with those kind of numbers, even with fraud. His best shot is Virginia- only due to leftist white government employees in North VA. I hope commenters here will not be a bunch of negative Nancy’s. They need to take care not to depress our voters (which they have in the last couple of election. The constant discussion of Democrats being sure winners due to election rigging has turned out to have the opposite effect you seek: it convinces enough on our side that there’s no point in voting. Elections have consequences- so do words! The negative mindset is counterproductive. How do we overcome fraud? Make sure that our voters turn out & are enthused on election day. The only thing the negativity out of anger & frustration produces is less of our own voters on election day convinced of failure. Stop! Fraud, corruption & elitism can be overcome 😉
Trump will have a clear victory in GA in 2024, won’t even be close.
Yeah that new law mandating that no mail-in ballots received after 8 PM on Election Day will ensure the steal is in- right?
