Happened.. main goal here is just to keep RFK off the stage and get the disaster out of the way early so they can move past it rather than have it in October
The problem is, even if they manage to replace Joe, they’re going to have to replace him with someone who’s been supporting him for the past 4 years. It will be next to impossible for a replacement candidate to distance him/her self from Biden. They’d have to find a Democrat who’s actually been critical of Biden, if any exist. And even if they did, how would Democrats sell an anti-Biden Democrat to the voters when they’ve spent the last 4 years claiming Biden is the best thing since sliced bread?
