Judge Juan Merchan is pulling out all of the stops to save Michael Cohen, after Trump’s team torched him last week.
So far today he’s already rejected an email from Cohens former attorney that rejects Cohens entire testimony and won’t allow Trump’s team to submit a document proving where Trump was during Cohens alleged call to him about Stormy Daniels.
Why isn’t this Judge being removed and investigated? He is clearly being paid off because no judge should be acting as a member of the prosecution!

I think when you have as much power and wealth as Trump. Think of all the people working under him.

Yeah, that is a poser. And he made some terrible appointments, as well. Scaramucci and Christopher Wray come to mind.
One may make excuses for the Wray appointment by saying the recommendation came from Gov. Christie. But, the Mooch appointment (and the Omarosa one) are all on Trump.
I'm voting for him, but I wonder how much he'll be able to achieve in 4 years if he doesn't step up the quality of his appointments.

The info Costello emailed to Judge Merchan is evidence already provided to Braggs prosecutors . It is Brady information exonerating Trump that Braggs people have concealed
It looks like the Trump team is going for a directed verdict. They are now making sure M. Cohen cannot be rehabilitated.
He just wants a conviction before the election. He doesn’t care that it will be overturned on appeal.
