My hubby and I have a question...what is the red and black unit patch on Col Moore's right shoulder?.....we don't recognize it...

Patches worn on one's right shoulder is of a unit a Soldier previously served in combat with. In this case a young Army Lt. HAL G. MOORE who served in combat during the Korean War.
