US WON'T BOW TO TERRORISTS HOLDING FOX JOURNALISTS

The United States government on Wednesday called for the immediate release of two Fox journalists being held by a militant group in Gaza, but added that the US would not make any concessions in return.
"We hope the kidnappers will release Steve Centanni and Olaf Wiig at the earliest opportunity. It is the position of the US Government that we do not make concessions to terrorists," Micaela Schweitzer-Bluhm, spokeswoman for the US Consulate in Jerusalem, said. (Reuters)

and of course, the main street media are repoting that the FOX crew are being held by "palestinina freedom fighters" - or "palestinina militiamen" or anything other than terrorist scum.

The really good news in this story, is that the Palastinan Prisoners, held by Israel (prominent of members of Hamas,Fatah, Islamic Jihad) have come together and made a strong statement in "favor of the safe return" of these journalists.
So if they aren't already dead, then maybe this appeal will do some good.

I agree. It has to be as hard on Tony as anyone.
You have to be living under a rock to not know that the U.S. does not negotiate with terrorists; consequently these two in captivity also are painfully aware of that fact.
I can hear them now talking to their captors: "They aren't going to give you anything... "
If I were in their shoes, I'd be very concerned.
